Mark Lundgren

President

Mark Lundgren is the Owner and President of M.C. Lundgren, Inc.  Mark has over 26 years of commercial construction management experience with an emphasis on design build projects and development.  He has completed projects ranging from wastewater treatment plants to commercial and retail buildings. His ability to work with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors to provide a quality project, completed on time has made him an integral part of the team. Mark majored in International Business and Marketing, has real estate licenses, AGC supervisory training program, and has completed the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management program.
 

Bill Schoenwald

Project Manager

Bill has 20 plus years experience in Senior Construction Management, Project Management, Project Development, Business Management and Business Development for Multi-Family Projects. Throughout his career, he has been involved with the development and construction of more than 8000 units throughout the Western United States on more than 70 projects.

Justin Bates

Vice President

Justin has been with M.C. Lundgren Inc. for 10 years and has worked in the construction industry for over 12 years. Justin holds a B.S. Degree in Construction Management. He has been involved in the construction of commercial, residential, and multi-family projects. He has worked as a project engineer, superintendent and project manager. During his time with M.C. Lundgren he has been involved in the construction of over 500 apartment units. Justin is also fluent in Spanish and has played an integral part in the planning, bidding, and construction process.
